The CAPRED Facility Australia’s flagship bilateral economic development in Cambodia, focusing economic recovery resilience over next four years, a possible three-year extension.

 

The Facility supports in implementing range necessary economic interventions reforms maintain country’s economic transition. These interventions reforms primarily aimed encouraging productive inclusive public private investment, which promotes resilient, inclusive sustainable economy (RISE).

 

CAPRED interventions fall under three technical components including: Agriculture Agro-processing; Trade, Investment Enterprise and Infrastructure Development; one Cross-Cutting component comprising: Gender Equality, Disability Social Inclusion (GEDSI), Climate Resilient initiatives, policy support. GEDSI at heart all that CAPRED does.

 

We now looking qualified to fulfill position below: 

 

Announcement Position: 

 

 

Reports to: Trade, Investment Agri-food Innovation Lead

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Period Assignment: June 2024 June 2025

Duration: 12 months possibility extension

Employment type: full-time consultant (average 21 days per month)

 

Contractual arrangement: “eligible Cambodian residents/citizens only”

 

Position Summary 

 

 

The Investment Promotion Consultant work CAPRED team, international consultants, Council the of (CDC), other institutions the Royal Government Cambodia (RGC), private sector partners, business association, economic development partners, other relevant stakeholders to:

 

  1. complete three workshops promote new Law Investment the Provincial-Municipal Investment Subcommittee (PMIS) three provinces,
  2. develop three-year investment promotion roadmap,
  3. support other investment promotion facilitation to attract investors investment into Cambodia.
