Access to water is essential to life and development

Australia, through CAPRED, is supporting Cambodia’s updated Provincial Investment Plan 2.0 (PIP 2.0). The Plan provides a roadmap for increased investment in the water sector and is an important step towards improving access to water and resilience to climate change in Cambodia.

 

Today, Ambassador Yip met H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, to discuss the study and next steps. 

 

PIP 2.0 will strengthen Cambodia’s water security, encourage investment and support stronger partnerships between government, the private sector and development partners.
