From Cambodian farms to supermarket shelves around the world

From Cambodian farms to supermarket shelves around the world

Australia is partnering with local companies to support a stronger, more resilient Cambodian economy.

At the recent visit to Misota, Ambassador Yip met founders, Michel and Sophie Tan, and Chief Operating Officer, Ol Tola, to see firsthand how local Cambodian ingredients are being transformed into export-quality goods under the support of Australia.

Working with around 500 farmers and traders while employing more than 170 workers, most of them women, Misota is creating economic opportunities across the value chain while showcasing the quality of Cambodian produce to the world.

When Cambodian businesses succeed, farmers earn more, jobs are created and communities prosper.
