Career Opportunities

The Cambodia Australia Partnership for Resilient Economic Development (CAPRED) is Australia’s flagship economic development program in Cambodia.

Funded by the Australian Government and implemented by Cowater International, CAPRED supports the Royal Government of Cambodia on inclusive economic recovery and boosting resilience. We build on Australia and Cambodia’s shared outlook on key economic development priorities and objectives, following the Royal Government of Cambodia’s market-oriented approach to economic development as well as the focus on regional and global integration.

The program runs over 5 years (2022–2027), with a possible extension of 3 years.

CAPRED has a diverse team of highly skilled and innovative professionals with significant technical experience across all our sectors, as well as in communications, monitoring and evaluation, IT and finance. We work collaboratively to help develop a resilient, sustainable and inclusive economy in Cambodia.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and offer competitive salaries and a friendly, open-plan office in Koh Pich, central Phnom Penh.

CAPRED supports gender equality, disability and social inclusion. Women, people with disabilities and other minorities are highly encouraged to apply for all open positions.

Cowater International is an equal opportunity employer. Employment is based on merit and qualifications as they relate to professional experience and position expectations.

Cowater does not discriminate against any employee or applicant based on race, religion, sex, gender identity, disability, age or any other basis protected by law. Please note that we do not accept unsolicited job proposals.
