Cambodian made products are reaching more consumers at home and abroad

Australia is helping Cambodian businesses expand production, strengthen business systems and access new markets.

With Australia’s support, Sabara is increasing production of its curry pastes and chicken seasoning powder to meet growing demand, create jobs and strengthen partnerships with more than 150 local farmers who supply spices, herbs and vegetables.

During a recent visit to Sabara, Ambassador Yip had the opportunity to taste the company’s products firsthand and see how Australian support is helping a local business grow and bring the flavours of Cambodia to more consumers.

From Siem Reap to international markets, including Australia, Sabara is showcasing Cambodian flavours to the world.

Because when local businesses grow, farmers benefit, jobs are created, Cambodia’s economy becomes stronger and more resilient.
