Many businesses have strong commercial potential and are well-positioned to access concessional green financing. The missing piece is often the technical documentation that financiers require, such as feasibility studies, energy assessments, or green certifications. The Cambodia Australia Partnership for Resilient Economic Development (CAPRED) – Australia’s flagship economic development program in Cambodia – can help cover the cost of this technical work.
