Supporting Cambodia’s infrastructure needs

With Australia’s support, Cambodia has launched the Infrastructure Bond Prakas, a key step to unlock funding for critical infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects across the nation.

 

This is part of Cambodia's efforts to raise USD 36 billion to implement the national infrastructure master plan to 2033, further driving inclusive economic growth.

 

Through CAPRED, Australia partnered with the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia to develop this regulation, creating new opportunities for companies to raise long-term capital and for investors to support national development.
