Australia supports national campaign to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025

With the support of the Australian Government, Cambodia’s Ministry of Women's Affairs of Cambodia kicked off its national campaign for the 114th International Women’s Day under the theme “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.” 

 

The campaign featured three free public events in Phnom Penh, showcasing powerful performances by Epic Arts, Chhloh Theater, and leading women’s rights advocacy groups. The campaign also included a digital initiative and a special edition of Neary Rattanak magazine. 

 

Through CAPRED, Australia is committed to advancing opportunities for women persons with disabilities, and other marginalised groups to ensure everyone benefits from economic growth.
