Australia supports Cambodian social enterprises to promote inclusion

Australia is committed to helping Cambodia build a more inclusive economy—ensuring that no one is left behind.

 

With support from the Australian Government through Mekong Inclusive Ventures (MIV), disability led and disability inclusive enterprises across the country receive tailored training and mentorship.

 

Meet Phan Sophorn, founder of Sign Coffee by Feel Good Café, a social enterprise providing job opportunities and barista training for people with hearing impairments since 2023. Through the MIV program, Sophorn joined a business incubator designed to strengthen disability led enterprises. He is proud to now see his team members gaining new skills and earning a stable income.
