Australia supports sustained growth and productivity in Cambodia

Today, Cambodia and Australia hosted ahigh-level workshop about diversification pathways for Cambodia. Through support from Australia’s CAPRED, Professor Ricardo Hausmann, Director of Harvard University’s Growth Lab, led an excellent discussion that explored growth strategies for diversifying Cambodia’s economy and building a more successful and prosperous future for the nation.

Prime Minister H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Sun Chanthol and Minister for Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, H.E. Hem Vanndy—as well as development partners and line ministries, attended the workshop.

 

This initiative is part of Australia’s ongoing commitment to promoting strategic policy dialogue for a stronger, more prosperous Cambodia.
